1. Acceptance
By downloading or using FitSync, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree,
please do not use the app. These terms are governed by Danish law, and any disputes shall
be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
2. The service
FitSync is a fitness tracking application developed and operated by
Min Virksomhed v.Mathias Sørsdal (CVR 44426293), Kastet 86, 7700 Thisted, Denmark.
FitSync is offered in two tiers:

FitSync Core (Free) — workout logging, food diary, body measurements, progress photos, and analytics.
Available free of charge with no time limit.

Paid subscriptions — premium plans (including SnapSync, MyCoach, FitSync Pro and
Pro Coach) add features such as unlimited AI coaching, photo food scanning and coaching
tools. Current plans and prices are always shown in the app before you subscribe.
Billing runs through the store you purchase in: Apple App Store (iOS), Google Play
(Android), or Stripe for purchases made on the web.
3. Account
You must create an account to use FitSync. You are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use FitSync. If you are under 18, a parent or
legal guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf and consent to
your use of the app.
4. Subscription billing and renewal
How you are billed depends on where you purchase: on iOS, subscriptions are billed to
your Apple Account through the App Store (Apple In-App Purchase); on Android, through
Google Play; on the web, payments are processed securely by Stripe. We use RevenueCat
as our subscription infrastructure to validate purchases and manage entitlements —
we never see or store your card details. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end
of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
App Store subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your device settings
(Settings → your name → Subscriptions); Google Play subscriptions in the Play Store's
Subscriptions section; web subscriptions from your account in the app. Refunds for
App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their
respective terms — to request a refund for an App Store purchase, use Apple's refund
service at reportaproblem.apple.com
(we cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves). Refund terms for web
purchases are described under Right of Withdrawal below.
5. Price changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified of any price
change with at least 30 days' notice via in-app notification or email. Continued use
of the subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app.
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
- Resell or sublicense access to FitSync or MyCoach to third parties.
User content and community conduct. FitSync includes community features such as
messaging and photo sharing, and you are responsible for the content you share. We have
zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not post or send
content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually
explicit, violent, or that infringes another person's rights or privacy. You can report
objectionable content and block abusive users directly in the app. We act on reports
promptly — removing violating content and, where appropriate, suspending or terminating
the offending account, with or without notice.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep FitSync available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. For paid subscribers,
significant reductions in Pro functionality will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Danish law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you
shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence,
or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. Health disclaimer
FitSync and MyCoach provide general fitness and nutrition information for informational
purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis,
or treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional before starting a new
exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the app under
Menu → Account & Security → Delete Account. All personal data is permanently
deleted within 30 days of account deletion, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with
notice where reasonably practicable.
